If you have an Android device with a Sense based ROM, this guide written by XDA member irteza_h posted in the Desire HD section will show you know a simple way to change system icons on your application drawer and not just on the home screen. You can also find ways to get transparency and a way to replace all these mods as well. The developer states that this mods will work only in rooted devices and that the icons you replace should be of the same dimensions to fit properly. App icons are from Tenuis theme.
